Q: Do you offer single-piece samples for testing? A: To maintain our gallery-grade quality and highly accessible wholesale pricing for all creators, vessels are sold exclusively by the Master Carton (12 pieces). We do not ship single-piece samples. However, we highly recommend purchasing a single case as your "Discovery Carton" to test wick sizing and wax adhesion.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? A: For our in-stock architectural collection, the MOQ is exceptionally low: just one Master Carton (12 vessels). For bespoke manufacturing, custom Pantone color matching, or exclusive mold designs, our MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style.

Q: What size lids fit your vessels? A: We engineered out the guesswork. Every vessel in our core collection shares a universal 8x9cm profile. They seamlessly pair with any standard 80mm wooden, bamboo, or metal candle lids on the market.

Q: What is the actual wax fill weight? A: Our 8x9cm vessels are precision-designed for a standard 8 oz wax fill weight, leaving the ideal spatial allowance for your wick and lid. (Note: Fill lines may vary slightly depending on your specific wax blend and fragrance oil load).

Q: How should I handle and care for the vessels in my studio? A: Our vessels are built for professional production. Our geometric Cut-Out and Sculptural series feature robust 3D physical structures that easily withstand standard studio handling. For our artisanal finishes (such as gradient or Water-Ink applications), please avoid subjecting the exterior surface to direct, prolonged extreme heat (like point-blank heat gunning), and use a soft cloth rather than abrasive pads during studio cleanup to preserve their pristine, gallery-grade look.

Shipping & Claims Policy

Q: How is shipping calculated? A: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and delivery zone. All orders ship from our California warehouse:
• US West (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ): From $9.99
• Rest of Contiguous US: From $14.99
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders $120–$799.99 (Contiguous US)
• FREE LTL Pallet Delivery on orders $800+ (Contiguous US, 5–8 business days)

Q: Glass is fragile. What happens if my order arrives broken? A: We utilize heavy-duty corrugated inserts designed for bulletproof transit. However, we understand that occasional breakage happens in the freight network. If you receive compromised vessels, please email our support team (support@versevesselco.com) with clear photos of the broken items and the outer master carton within 5 days of delivery. We will promptly issue a proportional refund or store credit for the damaged units. (Note: Due to high single-parcel shipping costs and fragility risks, we do not ship individual replacement glasses.)
