Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Pricing

All wholesale pricing is tiered based on volume and will automatically apply at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material and freight fluctuations. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet our minimum wholesale requirements.

2. The Discovery Carton (Sample Policy)

We highly recommend all new partners purchase our 12-Piece Discovery Carton before committing to a bulk order. Sample boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, the cost of your Discovery Carton will be fully credited toward your first bulk wholesale order of $500 or more.

3. Manufacturing Tolerances & Craftsmanship

Our architectural vessels, including our deep-relief geometric patterns and matte finishes, are crafted using advanced semi-automatic glass manufacturing and high-end electroplating techniques.

• Variances: Minor variations in glass thickness, weight, and color gradients (especially on iridescent, amber, or wabi-sabi finishes) are inherent to the artisanal manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
• Micro-bubbles & Seams: Occasional micro-bubbles or faint mold seams are standard in molded glass production. They do not affect the structural integrity or the high-end aesthetic of the vessel.

4. Product Testing & Liability Waiver

We strictly engineer our core collection to a universal 8x9cm standard. However, the buyer is 100% responsible for testing our vessels with their specific wax blends, fragrance loads, and wicks. Verse Vessel Co. assumes no liability for the burn performance, glass adhesion, or safety of your finished candle product.

5. Shipping, Lead Times & Freight

• In-Stock Items: Typically process within 1-3 business days.
• Bulk LCL/FCL Freight: For large volume orders requiring palletized freight, lead times and shipping costs will be quoted individually.
• (Note: We currently fulfill and ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.)

6. Damages, Shortages & Claims

We utilize robust 12-hole protective corrugated inserts for maximum safety. However, in the event of transit damage:

• All claims for broken or missing items must be submitted to our wholesale team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must include clear photographic evidence of: (1) the damaged product(s), (2) the interior foam/corrugated insert, and (3) the exterior master carton.
• Approved claims will be resolved via a credit memo applied to your next order or a proportional refund. We do not ship out replacement glass for minor transit breakages due to high single-parcel shipping costs and fragility risks.

7. Returns & Cancellations

All B2B wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, overstocking, or failure to test wick compatibility. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement; once production or fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
