Shipping policy

At Verse Vessel Co., we are committed to executing a seamless supply chain experience, delivering our architectural glassware safely and efficiently to your studio or manufacturing facility. All wholesale orders are fulfilled directly from our U.S.-based distribution centers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard master carton orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • For large wholesale orders requiring LTL Freight (palletized shipping), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days to ensure secure pallet wrapping and freight scheduling.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number or freight BOL (Bill of Lading) once your order has successfully dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across the contiguous United States via standard ground carriers (FedEx, UPS) and LTL freight for larger bulk orders.

  • Calculated Rates: Due to the heavy and fragile nature of architectural glass, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order and the destination zip code.
  • Note: We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

3. Fragile Item Handling & Damages

Since our vessels are crafted from premium glass, we use specialized protective packaging to ensure they arrive in flawless condition. However, rough transit can occasionally cause breakage. In the event of transit damage, please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note: Due to exorbitant shipping costs, we issue direct refunds or store credits for broken items but do not ship replacement vessels for partial case damages.

4. Order Tracking & Support

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your standard ground order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@versevesselco.com with your name and Order Number, and our wholesale team will assist you immediately.
