Refund policy
Due to the nature of wholesale operations and the heavy freight logistics associated with architectural glass vessels, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing orders, or failure to test compatibility.
We highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Carton to test wick sizing, wax adhesion, and overall aesthetics before committing to full-case bulk orders.
Damages & Shortages
We meticulously pack every case with precise corrugated inserts to withstand standard freight transit. However, if any vessels arrive compromised, or if there is a shortage in your order, you must report the issue to our wholesale team at support@versevesselco.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim efficiently, your email must include:
- Your associated Order Number.
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged vessel(s).
- Clear photos of the original packaging (including the outer master carton and inner protective inserts).
Important: Please do not discard the broken items or packaging until your claim is resolved. Approved claims will be resolved via a direct refund for the damaged units to your original payment method, or a store credit applied to your next order, at our discretion. Due to exorbitant single-parcel shipping costs and fragility risks, we do not ship replacement vessels for partial case damages.
Exchanges
We do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you require a different style or color for your collection, you will need to place a new, separate wholesale order.
